Real support. Real change. We equip vulnerable people with practical skills, confidence, and ongoing guidance to help them rebuild their lives and move towards a more secure future.
Providing support
We are committed to supporting people facing some of the most complex challenges in our communities. Through our supported housing hubs, we provide safe, accommodation for individuals referred by probation services, local councils, community mental health teams, churches, and mosques.
We work with people experiencing homelessness, substance misuse, offending histories, nicotine dependency, and other forms of disadvantage—offering a stable environment where they can begin to rebuild their lives.
Our purpose is to provide vulnerable individuals with a safe, supportive environment where they can stabilise, rebuild their lives, and move towards independence. We aim to address the root causes of homelessness, substance misuse, and offending behaviour by offering structured support, guidance, and opportunities for personal growth.
We believe that everyone deserves the chance to recover, develop life skills, and reintegrate into society with dignity and confidence.
In addition to this our team holds the relevant certifications and training in areas such as MSc Public Health, BSc Social Science with Social Policy, Diploma in Social Welfare, and Smoking Cessation Practitioner.
We comply with policies and procedures to ensure our services meet required standards and best practices. Alongside this, our team brings over 20 years of combined experience working with individuals, including mental health, ex-offenders, substance misuse, physical health, and street homelessness, to turn their lives around and develop profound independence life skills.
This combination of professional qualifications, structured processes, and profound experience enables our team to help encourage individual service users to enhance their social determinants of health and wellbeing.
Alongside accommodation, we provide a range of free or low-cost support services designed to promote long-term wellbeing and independence. These include:
