We are a non-profit community organisation dedicated to supporting adults facing mental health challenges, nicotine dependence, addiction, and involvement with the criminal justice system. Through supported housing and wrap-around services, we help individuals build stability, develop life skills, and work towards long-term recovery and independence.
To relieve those in need by reason of mental health difficulties, drug or nicotine dependence, and/or contact with the criminal justice system, by providing supported housing and associated wrap-around services.
Providing supported housing and related services to promote stability, independent living skills, and long-term recovery.
To advance health—mental, physical, and social—of adults who have been, or are at risk of being, in contact with the criminal justice system, or who are experiencing mental health or addiction challenges, through one to one support, structured peer support, and therapeutic activities within supported housing settings.
To relieve poverty, hardship and social exclusion in such adults by offering safe, stable accommodation, life-skills training, and access to employment, education, and welfare advice.
To advance informal education via health promotion for the public benefit in the causes, prevention and treatment of mental health issues, addiction, and the rehabilitation of ex-offenders, via community outreach, workshops, and published materials.
